1. April meeting actions
- The new practice website is now live and the PPG are encouraged to give feedback
- The Q&A section is ongoing and will be added to the website, possible topics include why we have telephone
- appointments, the new phlebotomy service at Lower Clapton Health Centre
- New call screen- ongoing as need to obtain quotes
- Online use - our new website may capture this data if people fill in their details when using it
- Business plan- on agenda today
- Social prescribing for under 16s- on agenda today
2. Social prescribing for under-16 year olds
- Currently this is only offered in one Hackney PCN
- Current services include Off Centre for 16 to 25 year olds
- There are are a lot of local activities and services available such as youth clubs and the social prescriber will send
- information to be added to the practice website
3. GP patient survey results 2024
The full results are attached and are very positive in terms of accessing the practice and experience of the last appointment.
The practice has scored above both local ICB and national averages for nearly all indicators.
Highlights include:
- 87% of patients have a good overall experience of this practice
- 82% have a good overall experience of contacting this practice
- 91% felt that the healthcare professional was good at listening to the patient
- 94% had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to
- 83% found it easy to contact the practice by phone
- 75% found it easy to contact the practice using our website
4. Friends and family Test
April, May June totals 2024- 97% rated as very good or good
- Very good: 128
- Good: 27

5. Business Plan
The current business plan was reviewed and the PPG were happy for this to be continued.
Additional priorities include:
- Improving the practice mammogram rate
- Patient IT training
- Becoming a more green practice- the practice has signed up for the local ICB green toolkit

The practice will ask patients or volunteers to run a walking group from the practice

- Consider a meat free day each week for practice staff in support of the green agenda
- Contact Hackney council to start recycling paper waste
