Please do not contact your GP for a COVID-19 vaccine
- If you are waiting for a vaccination or booster, you will receive a text message from us inviting you to book when the vaccine is ready for you.
- Or you can book a Covid-19 1st, 2nd, 3rd or Booster vaccination directly on the NHS booking website. This page also has a wealth of information about who is eligable for vaccination.
Sick Notes etc
Self-certification if you need time off work to isolate etc.
There is no need to contact the Practice if you need a note to say that you are self isolating, instead you can get a note online. Rules that came into force on December 10th 2020 mean that you no longer need to show your employer a sicknote as long as you are off work for 28 days or less. To get an online 'isolation note' or find out all the current rules about sick notes, visit this gov.uk webpage.
